Designersarewankers.com is de naam van een community voor creatieven. Ja! Echt! De mission statement van deze site is: “bringing together the global creative community for educational and economic benefit through the philosophy of the book ‘DESIGNERS ARE WANKERS’, a book by product designer Lee McCormack.”

De community heeft als koosnaam Plebsville, want wij zijn het plebs. “In the nicest possible way. (…) Lack of assistance and guidance from creative industries leaves most of us floundering around like a wet spaniel at a salami convention. No matter how talented or creative you are, at some stage you will need to pick the brains and communicate with others and that’s where we come in.
